If this happens, try another computer and use your log-in information.  There has only been one case where a computers firewalled would not allow the program to be received. There are few things that you can check if this happens to you.  In the firewall setting check to make sure your web port #80 is accessible and that the filter recognizes *.theolc.ca as an trusted site.
